Refund and Return Policy

  • Goods will not be considered for credit unless the original invoice number accompanies the Goods;
  • For undamaged Goods, Goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of invoice;
  • All Goods returned must be in the original package and in an undamaged ‘as sold’ condition;
  • A Goods return authority must be received from the Seller otherwise the Goods will not be accepted for return by the Seller;
  • For undamaged Goods returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of the date of invoice, a 20% handling fee will be charged by the Seller to the Customer;
  • Goods returned after fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice will not be considered for credit;
  • Electrical components, parts or accessories of an electrical nature such as switches, modules and or ignition components will not be accepted for credit.
  • The Seller is not responsible for, or liable as a consequence of, loss or damage caused to the Goods during transit from the Customer to the Seller;
  • No credit will be allowed if a Customer simply changes their mind about the Goods;
  • Products received that do not show or reference our return for credit authorization number will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Returned Goods may only be accepted when returned in original condition including all packaging material, manuals and instructions;
  • No credit will be given for ordered or specialty made items, parts or services.
  • Specially ordered in non-stock or manufactured items will not be returnable at any time. These items will identified as being non-returnable on the sales invoice.
  • Clearance or discounted items will not be returnable at any time.

Refund and return procedure:

Email with details of your request. A return authority will then be returned to you if request is approved.

Upon receiving your return it will be inspected and we will advise you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your nominated bank account within 10 business days.

If for some reason your faulty item is sent back to Sharp 4×4 for inspection and is found not to be faulty then the customer will be responsible for postage costs both ways before the item is returned.

Defective, damaged or wrong item postage costs will be covered by Sharp 4×4.

Items that are damaged or not working will be replaced and sent back to the customer. Refunds for damaged items will be issued if replacement is out of stock or discontinued. 

No credit will be given for ordered or specialty made items, parts or services.
