The installation is done in 3 easy steps:
- Remove existing valve stem cap.
- Use tool to remove valve stem core.
- Screw on Rapid Connect Valve and tighten with tool.

PLEASE NOTE: INSTALLATION TOOL IS ONLY INCLUDED WITH A SET OF 4 OR 5 RCV’s. IF PURCHASING A SINGLE (1) RCV (SKU X02-02-015) IT DOES NOT INCLUDE AN INSTALLATION TOOL. For example, if you purchase 4 singles you will not receive an installation tool.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: BEFORE INSTALLING YOUR RCV’S IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU CHECK THE TIPS OF YOUR EXISTING VALVE STEMS FOR IMPERFECTIONS. THE END/TIP OF YOUR VALVE STEMS NEED TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE RCV. IF THEY ARE NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION USE A FINE GRIT FINGER NAIL FILE TO FILE THE TIP FLAT AND SMOOTH. IF YOU DO INSTALL THE RCV AND HAVE A LEAK YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE RCV FROM YOUR VALVE STEM AND FILE THE TIP DOWN SQUARE AND FLAT. THIS SHOULD RESOLVE ANY LEAK THAT MAY OCCUR.
